The first 20 adults to pay-in a minimum of £100 sponsor money raised off-line, after 10 June 2012, using the pre-printed Lloyds TSB credit slip included in your information pack, will be rewarded with a month's free membership for two people to their local Fitness First Gym & Health Club in the Midlands' region.

We have two great incentives for adult entrants raisiing sponsor money off-line.

i. The first 20 adults to pay-in £100 sponsor money raised off-line, after 10, June 2012, using the pre-printed Lloyds TSB credit slip included in your  information pack [posted to you 2nd class, Monday 14 May], will be rewarded with a month's free membership for two people to their local Fitness First Gym & Health Club in the Midlands region.

ii. For every £50 you raise off-line and pay into the Fun Run Sponsorship Account, using the pre-printed Lloyds TSB credit slip included in your information pack, you will receive one entry into the free draw to win one of two, three-month free membership packages to your local Fitness First Gym & Health Club anywhere in the UK.  So if you raise £100 you'll receive two free entries. There's no limit, so the more sponsor money you raise and pay-in, the greater the chance you'll have of winning.

You have until Friday, 14 September 2012 to collect and pay-in your off-line sponsor money to stand a chance of winning one of two, three-month free membership passes.

The winners will be notified in writing and no other correspondence will be entered into & the Great Midlands Fun Run reserves the right to change the prizes. The membership must be started before the end of 2012.
