On-line Registration Has Been Activated
On-line registration for the 2012 Great Midlands Fun Run has been activated following technical delays.
The first of the 7000 available places was snapped up within seconds of the site going live and without any public notices on Social Networks being posted.
Event Director Tracey Spare said: "The developers and I have had a few long days resolving the technical issues. The midnight oil indeed a few 24hr shifts have been the order of the day during the latter part of last week. But I'm delighted we're up and running. We can now enjoy some food, time away from the laptop and get some much needed sleep"
"There's been a real buzz about this year's event since the start of the year and I'm confident we will fill the 7000 places for this year's 10th Anniversary Great Midlands Fun Run."
