Where to collect application forms

If you prefer to enter via post rather than on-line, below is a list of locations where you can now collect applications forms for the 2012 Great Midlands Fun Run on Sunday, 10 June.

This list will be expanded rapidly over the next few days so please return if you're not close to one of the current locations.

If you prefer we can also post out forms to you, simply email us your name and address and how many applications forms you'd like - please remember you need one form per entrant.
