John Taylor Hospice secures Cookes Top Team Trophy
The 150-strong team representing John Taylor Hospice in
Erdington, near Birmingham - secured the 2009 Cookes Furniture Top
Team Award for the team raising the most.
Vanessa Cooke, Marketing Director, Cookes Furniture presented Ray
Woods, Marketing and Fundraising Officer at John Taylor Hospice
with the cheque at The Presentation, Sunday 29 November.
The team representing the hospice raised a stunning
£12,400 to secure the 2009 Cookes Furniture Team Challenge
Trophy.
While accepting the award, a delighted Ray Woods and Dr Deedar
Bhomra, Medical Director at John Taylor Hospice revealed they
have set a target to enter a team of 350 in 2010 to celebrate the
35th Anniversary of John Taylor Hospice.
