2009 sponsor money still accepted

The deadline to be entered into the free draws to win - an O2 mobile phone; Fitness First Membership or Empire Cinema tickets may have passed - but you can still pay-in your sponsor money following last year's 7th Great Midlands Fun Run, staged on 31st May.

If you nominated a charity, voluntary organisation or community interest group to receive your sponsor money, we will still ensure it reaches that organisation along with your sponsor form for them to reclaim any Gift Aid.

Please use the Lloyds TSB credit slip which was enclosed in your information pack to pay in all sponsor money at any branch of LloydsTSB as soon as possible. If you have misplaced your pre-printed credit slip please scroll down this page for full banking details on how to pay-in your sponsor money.

If any of your sponsors wish to pay by cheque please make the cheques payable to:GREAT MIDLANDS FUN RUN SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT 2009

If any of your sponsors wish to pay by CAF cheque, please make the cheque payable to your nominated charity and NOT the Great Midlands Fun Run as we are unable to process CAF cheques. Please forward your CAF cheque[s] to us with your sponsor form and we will ensure it, along with any other sponsor money paid into the Fun Run Sponsorship Account, is forwarded to your charity later in the year.

Please ensure YOUR RUN NUMBER, printed at the bottom of the credit slip is correct. ALL NUMBERS WILL BEGIN 50 followed by your run number e.g. run number 101 will be 500101. [Some exceptions to this were notified in their inforamtion packs & organisers have details of the amendments. Please use the preprinted credit slips wherever possible.]

If you specified a particular charity/voluntary group to receive your sponsor money on your entry form, this money will still be distributed by the Great Midlands Fun Run, on your behalf.

Once you have paid in your sponsor money, please ensure you have completed the details as far as possible at the top left hand side of your sponsor form and return the complete sponsor form to Great Midlands Fun Run, PO Box 7673, Sutton Coldfield B72 1FS so we can forward your forms along with the cheque to your nominated charity for them to reclaim the Gift Aid at no extra cost to you or your sponsors.

MISPLACED LLOYDS TSB CREDIT SLIPS

Should you have misplaced your pre-printed LloydsTSB credit slip, please complete a blank credit slip at any LloydsTSB branch using the following details:

This will allow us to trace your details and ensure your nominated charity/voluntary group receives your money.
