Paying in Sponsor Money Raised Off-line

If you are paying-in sponsor money raised and collected off-line using your official Great Midlands Fun Run sponsor form, please use the Lloyds TSB credit slip, enclosed in      your information pack to pay in all sponsor money at any branch of Lloyds TSB as soon as possible following the Fun Run on Sunday, 10 June.

The pre-printed Lloyds TSB credit slip will be included in your Information Pack posted to you three weeks before the event.

If any of your sponsors wish to pay by CAF cheque, please make the cheque payable to your nominated charity and NOT the Great Midlands Fun Run as we are unable to process CAF cheques. Please forward your CAF cheque[s] to us with your sponsor form and we will ensure it, along with any other sponsor money paid into the Fun Run Sponsorship Account, is forwarded to your charity later in the year.

Please ensure YOUR RUN NUMBER, printed at the bottom of the credit slip is correct. ALL NUMBERS WILL BEGIN 50 followed by your run number e.g. run number 101 will be 500101.

If you specified a particular charity, voluntary organisation or community interest group to receive your sponsor money on your entry form, this money will still be distributed by the Great Midlands Fun Run, on your behalf towards the end of November.

Once you have paid in your sponsor money, please ensure you have completed the details, as far as possible, at the top left hand side of your sponsor form and return the complete sponsor form to Great Midlands Fun Run, PO Box 16372, TAMWORTH, B77 9LQ so we can forward your forms along with the cheque to your nominated charity for them to reclaim the Gift Aid at no extra cost to you or your sponsors.

MISPLACED LLOYDS TSB CREDIT SLIPS

Should you misplace your pre-printed Lloyds TSB credit slip, please complete a blank credit slip at any Lloyds TSB branch using the following details:

Once you have paid in your sponsor money, please ensure you have completed the details, as far as possible, at the top left hand side of your sponsor form and return the whole of your sponsor form to Great Midlands Fun Run, PO Box 16372, TAMWORTH, B77 9LQ and a note to confirm your name, address and run number. This will allow us to trace your details and ensure your nominated charity/voluntary group receives your money.
