It's now just two weeks until the deadline to collect and pay-in sponsorship money following the 6th Great Midlands Fun Run, 1 June'08.
Every pound raised and paid-in to the Great Midlands Fun Run sponsorship account will benefit charities and voluntary organisations across the region.
Last year, Fun Run entrants raised a record-breaking £134,000 for charities and voluntary organisations across the Midlands.
The team from St Giles Hospice, were presented with the Cookes Furniture Team Challenge Trophy for the team raising the most sposnorship money - another record-breaking £31,000.
At the end of July, the total in the Fun Run Sponsorship Account was ahead of the total compared with the same time last year.
