Online registration is now open
Online registrations have been running at an average of 100/hr since it opened at 2pm this afternoon. The total number of registrations after just 4 hours stood at over 400, including 5 dogs and 39 junior entrants. This is addition to those who registered in person at Cookes Furniture earlier on Saturday.
This is ahead of the number of people who registered on the opening day last year.
Jane Sutton, mother of inspirational Burntwood teenage fundraiser Stephen Sutton, who sadly lost his battle with cancer last May, was one of the first to register for this year's event launching Team Thumbs Up raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust
